What we liked about this gaming laptop
To find the perfect gaming laptop is a challenge, as the option that has everything costs an arm and a leg, but there are products that come with good components at an affordable price tag. The ASUS ROG Strix G16, powered by the RTX 5060 and 14650HX, is one of those options. The GPU is NVIDIA’s latest entry-level offering, and it can easily deliver high FPS at 1440p.
It also has solid output in AI and content creation. That said, since this gaming laptop has only an FHD+ display, you’ll be limited to 1080p gaming, but that should let you crank the in-game graphics to the max. The 16:10 aspect ratio should also provide more screen real estate, making gaming and working more enjoyable. This GPU, paired with the 14650HX, should ensure a streamlined performance across the board.
